alliantgroup is proud to announce that Sam Keegan has been promoted to Director. In the new role, Keegan will be responsible for the strategic direction of the firm’s Research and Development Tax Credit services and lead its largest service line, the R&D Implementation Department.

The department is comprised of both industry and tax experts whose roles involve helping companies properly identify and claim the tax incentive opportunities created for their benefit. Keegan has been instrumental in helping U.S. businesses claim hundreds of millions of dollars in federal and state R&D tax credits.

Keegan formerly served as a project manager conducting R&D Tax Credit studies and later as team lead for multiple teams at alliantgroup.
