alliantgroup and CEO Dhaval Jadav Announce the Promotion of Matthew Noll to Managing Director

alliantgroup is proud to announce that Matthew Noll has been promoted to Managing Director and will join the executive management team to further develop the organization. Noll will continue to serve as the leader of the R&D Implementation Department, which is responsible for alliantgroup’s Research and Development Tax Credit services.

“This promotion is an exciting step in my career-long journey with alliantgroup,” Noll said. “I have seen us accomplish some amazing things on behalf of U.S. businesses during my tenure at alliantgroup and I am looking forward to this new role and to continuing to serve as a mentor for our professionals.”

Noll began his career at alliantgroup as an attorney for the firm’s Tax Controversy Services Division, where he helped clients resolve tax issues in various forums across the nation. Noll then rose to become a Senior Director for the firm’s TCS and Quality Control divisions and a Senior Director in alliantgroup’s R&D Implementation Department. During the most recent tax season, Noll’s department delivered more than $300 million in R&D tax credits to 1,400 clients.
