CEO Dhaval Jadav Welcomes Bernie Nagle to alliantgroup’s Strategic Advisory Board

alliantgroup is proud to announce the addition of Bernie Nagle, Executive Director of the Precision Machined Products Association, to the firm’s Strategic Advisory Board.

Through his four decades of experience in the manufacturing sector, Nagle has held various senior leadership roles within the industry. In his new role, he will advise alliantgroup’s strategic outreach initiatives to the manufacturing sector.

“By helping companies understand and claim the tax incentives that were designed for their benefit, alliantgroup’s services can provide immense value to the manufacturing sector,” said Nagle. “These incentives were created to help companies grow, hire new employees and remain competitive. I look forward to partnering with alliantgroup to educate PMPA members and the manufacturing sector at large on these incentive opportunities.”

Nagle has served as the Executive Director of PMPA since 2015. He has also held numerous senior leadership roles for businesses and nonprofit organizations, including Director of Global Process Improvement for Berg Electronics, Director of Strategy and Continuous Improvement in the plastic injection molding industry, VP of Manufacturing and VP of Operations in the food processing industry, and Principal Consultant for Price Waterhouse Consulting.

Additionally, Nagle is a member of the Executive Board of Conscious Capitalism of Northeast Ohio, the founder and curator of, and the author of the 1997 book, “Leveraging People & Profit – the Hard Work of Soft Management.”

“I am so honored to be able to welcome Bernie to our Strategic Advisory Board,” said Dhaval Jadav, alliantgroup CEO. “Bernie has proven himself to not only be a thought leader and an authority in the field of manufacturing, but in the concept of conscious leadership and what it takes to run a successful and engaging business.”
