The podcast features an array of thought leaders who explore how American companies and industries are leveraging innovation to drive the country forward.
Innovating America showcases political guests, including former U.S. Congressmen Rick Lazio and Harold Ford Jr., former U.S. Secretary of Agriculture Mike Johanns, and former U.S. Secretary of Homeland Security and Governor of Pennsylvania Tom Ridge.
The show also features former Commissioner of the Internal Revenue Service Mark Everson and alliantgroup National Managing Director Dean Zerbe and industry experts such as Ray Bailey, the founder of LoneStar Communications Inc. and Andrew Lanning, the co-founder of Integrated Security Technologies Inc.

In its debut season, Innovating America covers topics such as the dire need for STEM majors in the U.S., and how a reconfigured education system can help alleviate the country’s massive opportunity gap. The podcast aims to give its listeners a front row seat to unique conversations with exclusive industry and policy experts, who as thought leaders, have witnessed the power of innovation firsthand.
“Our goal is to show how much innovation plays a part in the American story and the unique ways that all types of industries are redefining what it means to be ‘cutting edge,” Jadav said.
