alliantgroup CEO Dhaval Jadav was recently featured in the Software & Information Industry Association’s (SIIA) TechChats segment, which provides a look at some of the most successful executives in the software and tech industry. During his interview with Rhianna Collier, Vice President of the Software Division at SIIA, Jadav discussed the company’s mission, innovative office culture and exceptional client experience.

Jadav recalls that alliantgroup’s mission formed when he was working at Deloitte and Touche, where he advised clients on tax credit and incentive opportunities. It was here that he realized that Fortune 1000 companies were taking advantage of these opportunities, but small and middle market businesses were not.

“When you look at small and medium-sized businesses…when you look at who employs the most employees in the United States, and where does innovation really come from, it happens at this level,” said Jadav.

Jadav and alliantgroup COO Shane Frank founded alliantgroup in 2002 to fill this gap by helping all American businesses take advantage of credits, incentives and deductions available to them. Since its inception, alliantgroup has helped more than 12,000 businesses claim $6 billion in government-sponsored tax incentives.
