HOUSTON, TX (August 23, 2018) – alliantgroup is proud to announce that they are accepting applicants for the Fall 2018 STEM Scholarship Program, presented by the firm’s charitable initiative, the alliantgroup Blue Heart Fund. The firm’s scholarship program is offering up to $10,000 for education expenses to students that are pursuing a future career in a STEM (science, technology, engineering, mathematics) field and announced the first round of winners earlier in 2018. Beginning with the Fall 2018 STEM Scholarship Program, the firm has expanded the program to now include eligible students within the Greater Houston Area.

“With the U.S. clearly suffering from a shortage of new technical talent, having a program like this in place felt like the best way to benefit both the industries we serve as well as the next generation of young professionals,” said Jadav. “We are proud to expand the program and look forward to awarding the next round of winners with these scholarships to help drive continued passion and interest in STEM-related fields.”
