alliantgroup is proud to announce the promotion of Francesca Montenegro, who will now serve as Associate Director of the firm’s Tax Controversy Services division. In this role, Montenegro will lead a team of attorneys responsible for defending clients from audits from the IRS and state taxation agencies.
“I am so honored to be part of such a fantastic organization,” said Montenegro. “I have seen first-hand how the work of our TCS team has helped companies facing an unfair or difficult situation stay in business.”

Since then, she has helped to defend and navigate a wide-range of U.S. businesses through the audit process. Throughout her time at alliantgroup, Montenegro has helped sustain eight figure audit results while giving clients a better understanding of IRS processes and guidelines.
“Francesca embodies so many of the core values that make alliantgroup the best company in the world,” said alliantgroup CEO Dhaval Jadav. “She continuously invests in not only the people around her, but in every client that walks through our doors. Francesca creates raving fans through her unceasing professionalism with clients in audit and her commitment to our employees.”
